What ingredients are used?

Per approved label specifications, each serving (3 g (Approx. 1 Scoop)) contains Mitragyna speciosa Leaf Extract 72.5 mg. Other ingredients: Natural & Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide. Full ingredient and compliance details appear on each product page. How do I prepare it?

Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop (3 g) with 12–16 fl oz of cold water. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Adjust to preference. Do not exceed 2 servings daily. Step-by-step preparation is also listed on product pages under Directions.

How should I store it?

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container tightly closed. Protect from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

How much is one serving?

One serving is 3 g (Approx. 1 Scoop). Do not exceed 2 servings daily per approved label directions.

Is every flavor the same strength?

Approved labels use the same supplement facts across all eight flavors: Mitragyna speciosa Leaf Extract 72.5 mg per 3 g (approx. 1 scoop). Flavor profiles differ; per-serving extract amount does not.

Why are there only eight flavors?

We keep the range narrow on purpose. Fewer products means tighter control over quality and consistency — central to how we operate.

Ordering

Is online ordering available?

Not yet. You can browse products on the site, but online retail checkout is not currently available. Wholesale partners order through a separate portal after approval.

When will retail ordering open?

We have not announced a launch date. The storefront currently supports browsing and product information only. Contact us for general inquiries.

How do I apply for wholesale?

Submit a wholesale application at /apply. We review applications and, if approved, provide portal access and account-specific terms. See the Wholesale program overview for the full process.

Who qualifies for wholesale?

Wholesale applications are limited to legitimate businesses. You must be at least 21 and able to form a binding contract. We review applications based on business fit, regulatory compliance, and operational capacity — approval is not guaranteed. Our program is structured for approved retailers, lounges, and distributors.

Where do wholesale customers order?

Approved wholesale partners order through the wholesale portal at /portal/login. Pricing, payment terms, and fulfillment are governed by account-specific terms assigned upon approval — not retail policies on this site.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

When retail checkout is available, we ship retail orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping and may decline orders that cannot be lawfully shipped to the destination. Wholesale fulfillment follows separate account terms. See our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

When retail ordering is live, eligible retail returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in original condition. Full terms — including non-returnable items and refund timing — are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

What if my order is damaged?

When retail ordering is available, contact us at info@ascensionsupply.co within 3 calendar days of delivery (or within 3 calendar days of the estimated delivery date for shipments that did not arrive). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and product where applicable. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Compliance

Why must customers be 21+?

Our products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. Approved label warnings state: FOR ADULTS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER — not for use by individuals under 21. Website terms and privacy policies also require users to be at least 21.

Are these FDA approved?

No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are intended for lawful use only.
