These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.ascensionsupply.co and related services operated by Ascension Supply Co.. By accessing the website, submitting a wholesale application, or using the wholesale portal, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

About our services

Ascension Supply Co. manufactures and supplies premium botanical powder products, including Ascension Powder in 90g jar for retail and 300g, 600g & 1kg bulk containers for approved wholesale partners.

The public website allows you to browse products, learn about our company, apply for wholesale access, and contact us. Online retail checkout is not yet available. When retail ordering opens, additional purchase terms will apply at checkout.

Approved wholesale partners access ordering, invoices, and account tools through a separate portal. Wholesale purchases are governed by separate account-specific terms assigned upon approval.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services or submit a wholesale application.

Retail sales, when available, are limited to the United States. We do not ship internationally. We may decline or cancel orders to jurisdictions where sale or shipment is restricted by law or company policy.

Wholesale applications are limited to legitimate businesses. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or portal for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with site operation, security, or other users' access
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access beyond normal browsing without permission
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation in applications or communications
• Resell, redistribute, or republish site content except as permitted by law

Product information

Ascension Powder products are botanical powders offered for lawful purchase and use in compliance with applicable regulations. Product descriptions, flavor profiles, and specifications describe the product as manufactured — they are not medical, health, or therapeutic claims.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, and use comply with laws in your jurisdiction.

We work to keep product information accurate. Pricing, availability, and specifications may change. Displayed retail pricing on the website is informational until checkout is available.

Retail orders

Online retail ordering is not currently available on this website. When retail checkout launches, your order will constitute an offer to purchase subject to acceptance, product availability, and confirmation.

At that time, shipping, returns, payment, and tax terms presented at checkout and in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

Cancellation requests are accepted only before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled through the website and is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Wholesale applications and portal

Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. We review applications based on business fit, regulatory compliance, and operational capacity.

Approved accounts receive access to the wholesale portal. Wholesale pricing, payment terms, minimum orders, returns, and fulfillment are governed by account-specific terms assigned upon approval — not by the retail policies on this website.

Portal credentials are personal to the authorized user. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, product names, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ascension Supply Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or exploit site content without written permission.

Disclaimers
