This Shipping Policy describes how we ship retail orders placed through ascensionsupply.co. Wholesale fulfillment is handled under separate account terms.
Scope
This Shipping Policy describes how we ship retail orders placed through ascensionsupply.co when online retail checkout becomes available.
Wholesale orders placed through the wholesale portal are fulfilled under separate account-specific terms. Wholesale partners should refer to their account documentation or contact us for wholesale fulfillment details.
Order processing and cancellation
When retail ordering is live, orders are processed after payment authorization is confirmed and the order is accepted.
Cancellation requests are accepted only before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment starts, the order cannot be cancelled through the website and is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
During high-volume periods or inventory constraints, processing times may be longer. We will communicate delays when practicable.
Shipping destinations
We ship retail orders domestically within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
We may decline or cancel orders that cannot be lawfully shipped to the destination address, including jurisdictions where sale or shipment is restricted by law or company policy.
Shipping methods and rates
Available carriers, service levels, prices, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when retail ordering is available.
You may select from the shipping options presented at checkout. Tracking information will be provided by email when available from the carrier.
Delivery
Delivery dates and windows shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, destination, and service level selected.
Risk of loss and title for retail orders pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a retail shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@ascensionsupply.co within 3 calendar days of delivery (or within 3 calendar days of the estimated delivery date for shipments that did not arrive). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and product where applicable.
Claims are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. Ascension pays return or replacement shipping only for orders confirmed as damaged or incorrect.
Retail ordering status
Online retail checkout is not yet available. This policy will take effect for retail orders when ordering opens on the website. Until then, no retail shipping charges apply through this site.
