Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how retail returns and refunds are handled when online ordering is available. Wholesale returns are governed separately.
Scope
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to retail orders placed through ascensionsupply.co when online retail checkout becomes available.
Wholesale returns, credits, and adjustments are handled under separate account-specific terms. Approved wholesale partners should contact their account representative or email hello@ascensionsupply.co for wholesale return inquiries.
Return eligibility
If you are not satisfied with an eligible retail order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in original condition. Returns may be declined if products show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused in transit.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return unless required by law or we determine otherwise:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery
- Orders shipped to destinations where return shipment is prohibited by regulation
How to request a return
Contact hello@ascensionsupply.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send products back without return authorization from us.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping
For ordinary eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit to us.
For orders confirmed as damaged or incorrect, Ascension pays return or replacement shipping. Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, unless we agree otherwise or law requires a different method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where Ascension caused the error (such as a damaged or incorrect shipment).
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the eligible product under this policy and place a new order when retail checkout is available.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@ascensionsupply.co within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and product.
We will work with you on replacement, refund, or return authorization as appropriate. Ascension pays return or replacement shipping for confirmed damaged or incorrect orders.
This does not replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Retail ordering status
Online retail checkout is not yet available. This policy will apply to retail purchases when ordering opens. Until then, no retail returns are processed through this site.
